What We Need Before Starting
Please have your published website link, desired domain or subdomain, the name of your AI website platform and the person authorised to approve DNS changes. Depending on the setup, access to the domain's DNS administration and the AI platform's domain settings may be required.
Please do not send passwords or administrator credentials through the public enquiry page. We can arrange appropriate access after agreeing the scope.
What's Not Included in Basic Domain Setup?
Website design, content editing, new hosting, source-code migration, database migration, SEO optimisation, advertising campaign setup, conversion tracking implementation and ongoing maintenance are separate services unless quoted.
Will My Existing Email Be Affected?
Our process includes checking relevant existing DNS records before changes. We aim to preserve unrelated services, but DNS changes can carry risk and depend on the accuracy of the current configuration and authorised access. Any higher-risk changes must be separately reviewed and approved.
